Paying Your Tuition and Fees

Pay your tuition and fees using any of the following methods:

  1. Online through Student Self Serve with a credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Cards)
  2. By mail with a check
    • Make checks payable to Hartnell College.
    • Mail your check to the Cashier’s office.
    • Make sure to include your full name, student ID number and "enrollment fees" on the check's subject line.
  3. In person visit our Cashier’s Office in Building B and pay with check, cash, or credit card. Alisal campus and the King City campus will also accept payments.

Refunds

  1. Enrollment Fee Refunds can be processed through the cashier’s office by emailing cashiers@hartnell.edu or calling the main cashiers phone number at 831-755-6998.
    • Refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment
