We invite you to attend the fall workshops as part of your student development requirement for the Salinas Valley Promise program. These workshops were designed for you. They provide you with the opportunity to learn from experts, meet a diverse group of students and enjoy a focused discussion specific to your educational goals! This is also a great way to meet new friends and extend your circle of support at Hartnell College.

Reminder: You are required to attend ONE workshop per semester, total of two workshops for the academic year to maintain your eligibility. You must be logged into your DUO and Hartnell email to RSVP for the workshops.
NOTE: You may receive 1 workshop credit by attending the Panther Learning Lab (PLL). There is a total of 12 hours required of tutoring to receive credit for 1 workshop. Please make sure you check-in at the PLL when you attend your tutoring session to track your hours.

In collaboration with the Community College Partnership at UC Santa Cruz. 

Dia de La Familia aims to support prospective transfer students from San Jose City College, Cabrillo and Hartnell, and their families to gain college knowledge about attending UC Santa Cruz. 

The day will provide the opportunity to:

  • Learn about Financial Aid opportunities

  • Engage in a resource fair emphasizing on
