Per the timeline, 2017 PPA reports are to be completed by the end of April, and submitted by VPs/Division Heads by the end of July.

 

Timeline for 2018 PPA Process

Programs, services, and offices displayed in the chart below - with cells highlighted in blue - are required to be reviewed in spring 2017. Please note whether a comprehensive (C) review or annual (A) review is scheduled, along with the abbreviation in parentheses that pertains to the specific program, service, or office. The abbreviation should be used to name and save your Non- Instructional PPA report, (Word) and budget request spreadsheet (Excel).
