  • See Real-World Applications: Connect classroom learning with practical applications and real-world scenarios.

These tours aim to broaden students' understanding of potential career options, inspire future career aspirations, and provide valuable exposure to the professional environment.

Advisory Committee

The primary purpose of the advisory committee meeting is to provide direction and guidance to strengthen and enhance the success of Career Technical Education Programs. By working closely with the business and labor communities, we continue to provide high quality workforce training and education to our students so they will succeed in today's job market.

A successful advisory strengthens and supports the partnerships between business, labor, the community, and education. Our Advisory Committee Members make recommendations that will strengthen and help to expand our curriculum to improve the quality of program(s). Members also provide valuable input in areas such as curriculum development, student recruitment and placement, staff development, equipment and software recommendations.
