College & Career Access Pathways (CCAP)

CCAP allows high school students to take college credit courses during their regular high school schedule. Students who complete their CCAP courses received dual credit.

After you complete the steps to apply, Hartnell will manually register you in your CCAP classes.

Transcript

Hartnell will send one (1) free official transcript to your high school registrar per class.

Steps to Get Started

Talk with your High School counselor and High School point of contact.

The following steps will be guided by the Office of College Readiness or your high school counselor at your school:

If interested in taking Hartnell English or Math classes, complete the Placement process

Complete CCAP - Enrollment Form (electronic form via AdobeSign). Ensure the form is signed by all required parties: student and parent/guardian.

Once all forms are completed, signed, and your CCC Application is submitted, you will be manually registered for your CCAP class.
