If you have outside college transcripts and need an evaluation AND you have completed at least 6 semester units at Hartnell, please: 1) send official transcripts to Admissions & Records, then 2) call 831-755-6820 or contact your cohort program to book a counseling appointment.

We have Drop-In/Express as well as 30 and 60min appointments available. If you cannot find an open appointment slot, please call (831) 755-6820 or visit our Virtual Help Desk for assistance.

Through diverse program offerings and activities, the Office of Equity Programs provides an inclusive, holistic approach to serving students and families to ensure that every student receives the support necessary to achieve their educational goals at Hartnell College.

Umoja, (a Kiswahili word meaning unity) is a community and critical resource dedicated to enhancing the cultural and educational experiences of our California (CA) Community College students. The Umoja Community serves at risk, educationally and economically disadvantaged students, believing that when the voices and histories of students are deliberately and intentionally recognized, students develop self-efficacy and a foundation for academic success.
