Safe Return or Disposal of Hotspots

Wireless support for mobile hotspots provided to students by Hartnell College will expire on August 30, 2022. Please do not place the hotspot in the trash because it should be disposed of as electronic waste.Mobile wireless hotspot

Through May 20, you are welcome to drop off your hotspot in the parking structure roundabout from 9 a.m.-12 p.m. and 1-4 p.m. on Main Campus at 411 Central Ave.

After that, please make a drop-off appointment by emailing IThelp@hartnell.edu.

E-Waste Recycling Locations

You also can bring the hotspot to the following e-waste recycling stations within the Hartnell College district:

Sun Street Transfer Station & Recycling Center, 139 Sun St., Salinas

Jolon Road Transfer Station, 52654 Jolon Road, King City

Johnson Canyon Landfill, 31400 Johnson Canyon Road, Gonzales

Wireless Service on Hartnell Campuses

Free wireless service and study areas are available at Hartnell’s Main Campus and Alisal Campus in Salinas and at Hartnell’s three education centers in Castroville, Soledad and King City.
