Hartnell's Advisory Research Group (ARG) is a co-chaired subcommittee of the Technology Development Council (TDC). The group's primary focus is on student success data, and includes providing input for new research projects and metrics definitions, analyzing research results, and designing district reports to be used for program planning and student learning outcomes. The group consists of fifteen representatives from faculty, staff and student constituent groups. The group receives input from many sources and makes recommendations to the TDC, the Office of Institutional Planning, Research, and Effectiveness (IPRE), and other councils/committees as needed.
