THE ALISAL CAMPUS
Hartnell College’s Alisal Campus is a cutting-edge facility, rebuilt in 2006 in collaboration with industry leaders to meet the evolving needs of agriculture and technology. The campus features smart classrooms, conference rooms, specialized clean and dirty classroom laboratories, computer labs, and hands-on technical workshops dedicated to agriculture-related trades. These resources play a crucial role in shaping the food safety culture across production, handling, storage, and transportation within the agribusiness sector. Conveniently located adjacent to the campus are the UC Davis Cooperative Extension and a USDA-ARS Laboratory, fostering research and industry partnerships.

More than 200 agribusiness professionals and entrepreneurs generously contribute their time and expertise to support the Ag Institute and the core programs within the Center for Advanced Technology.
